What is F01?
F01 is a vehicle electronics service in Astana: diagnostics, BMS battery registration, TPMS programming, OIL RESET and other electronic procedures.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We work by appointment only — so there is no queue, and the technician is waiting at the agreed time.
Where are you located?
We serve the left bank of Astana. There is no permanent address: we send the exact point once your booking is confirmed.
How do I find the meeting point?
After confirmation we send the point’s name, a description and a 2GIS route link.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the service and the vehicle’s make and model. You can see it in the calculator before booking.
What equipment do you use?
Launch DBScar VII, DiagZone and Launch I-TPMS. Compatibility depends on make, model and year.
Do you issue a receipt and a completion certificate?
After the service the client can receive a fiscal receipt and a completion certificate.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Open the link from the booking message: you can cancel or request a reschedule there. You can also message us.
Are you an official dealer?
No. F01 is not an official dealer of vehicle manufacturers.
Which vehicles are supported?
It depends on make, model and year. Pick your vehicle in the calculator or message us — we will confirm before booking.
Does diagnostics replace a repair shop?
No. Diagnostics shows where to look for the cause. Mechanical faults are fixed at a repair shop.
What if a service is not available yet?
Leave your phone on the service page and we will let you know when it appears.
Can I get documents for accounting?
Yes, after the service you can receive a fiscal receipt and a completion certificate.
