What it is
Fault codes (DTCs) are records that control units store when they notice a deviation. We read these codes and decode them: what each code means and which ones need attention.

What F01 does
We read stored and current codes from the supported control units, show a decoded list and explain which ones matter. Reading codes does not erase or change anything in the units’ memory.

What is a fault code?
A standardised label for a deviation, for example P0300 — misfires. A code points to where to look, not to a specific part that must be replaced.
Does reading codes clear the errors?
No. Reading only retrieves information. Clearing errors is a separate procedure.
Is reading the code enough to find the cause?
Often a code is just the first step. If the cause is not obvious, fault tracing with control-unit data analysis is needed.
Can I come without an appointment?
No. We work by appointment only — so there is no queue and the technician is waiting for you at the agreed time.
How do I find out the meeting point?

Do you issue a receipt and a work completion act?
After the service you can receive a fiscal receipt and a work completion act.
